We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Clarksville, TN, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. We know it is sometimes necessary to cancel appointments. If you must cancel, please give us one day's notice so another patient may see the doctor at that time. We realize that your time is valuable, too. If your appointment time is affected by an office emergency, we'll call you.

Insurance
We accept most insurance and will file claims on your behalf. Bring your current insurance cards on your first visit. If your insurance changes during the course of your care, let us know promptly so we may update your account.

We use an outside billing company called Doctor's Practice Management for all insurance Billing. They are located at 1762B Memorial Dr. Suite 101. Their phone number is 931-645-1199 and they will be happy to assist you with questions regarding your insurance or statement.

We will verify, in advance, that your insurance covers your medical services and notify you if any are not covered. We ask that you pay, at the time of service, any portion of your charges not covered, such as the policy deductible and coinsurance.
